As an aside, they seem quite capable of updating their inane twitter feed daily, but are too incompetent to return a customer call. This company is a disgrace, my advice is shop somewhere else. Any company can have fulfilment issues, but it is how they liaise with and treat their customers that defines good customer service. Whites of ramsbottom staff are rude and disrespectful, and I would never order from them again.
